Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SilvassaOne, we aim to deliver dependable handyman services with complete customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below:
1. Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time without any charges.
Late Cancellation: If cancelled within 2 hours of the service time or after the technician has been dispatched, a cancellation fee of ₹100 or more may apply.
No-show: If the customer is unavailable at the location at the time of service, the full service fee will be charged.
2. Refund Policy
Prepaid Orders: Full refund will be provided for cancellations made in time (as above).
Service Issues: If you’re not satisfied with the service, please raise a complaint within 24 hours. We will offer a free rework or a partial/full refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Refundable: No refund will be issued for completed and accepted services unless service quality concerns are raised immediately.
3. Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) will be made to the original payment method (UPI, bank, card).
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
For cash payments, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after verification.
