At SilvassaOne, we provide on-demand handyman services, and therefore, do not deal in physical product shipping in most cases. However, in the event of service-related materials, parts, or tools that need to be delivered, please read our delivery guidelines below.

1. Service Delivery

• All services are delivered at your doorstep by our verified technicians.

• Appointments are scheduled based on your preferred time slot, subject to availability.

• Our team strives to reach your location on time, but slight delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Material Delivery (If Applicable)

• If a service requires specific parts or materials, they will either be brought by the technician or ordered with your consent.

• In such cases, a separate material charge may be added to your final bill.

• Delivery of large equipment or non-standard parts may take 5–7 business days, depending on availability and supplier schedules.

3. Delivery Area

• We currently provide service delivery in Silvassa and nearby regions.

• For areas outside our standard coverage, bookings may be accepted based on technician availability and may include additional travel charges.

4. Delivery Charges

• No separate delivery fee is charged for technician visits. Service charges include travel and labor.

• If any materials are delivered separately, actual delivery cost (if applicable) will be added to your bill after confirmation.

5. Delays & Rescheduling

• In rare cases of delay, we will notify you via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

• You may reschedule the service free of cost at your convenience if informed in advance.
