Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SilvassaOne, we aim to deliver dependable handyman services with complete customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below:


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time without any charges.

  • Late Cancellation: If cancelled within 2 hours of the service time or after the technician has been dispatched, a cancellation fee of ₹100 or more may apply.

  • No-show: If the customer is unavailable at the location at the time of service, the full service fee will be charged.


2. Refund Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: Full refund will be provided for cancellations made in time (as above).

  • Service Issues: If you’re not satisfied with the service, please raise a complaint within 24 hours. We will offer a free rework or a partial/full refund, depending on the situation.

  • Non-Refundable: No refund will be issued for completed and accepted services unless service quality concerns are raised immediately.


3. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be made to the original payment method (UPI, bank, card).

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • For cash payments, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after verification.
